GIRLS ESCAPE IN NIGHT ATTIRE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. v Auckland, Last Night. St. Joseph’s Convent, Grey Lynn, containing fifteen large rooms, was destroyed by fire at one o’clock this morning. There were thirteen sisters and eight girls in the building, the remainder being away on Easter leave, and the occupants escaped in their night attire.
