BUILDING REGULATIONS SUSPENDED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, March 19. The Minister of Industries and Commerce announces the suspension of building regulations in the meantime, as supplies of materials have now improved. The necessity for obtaining permits for supplies of building materials is now waived. Building committees will be disbanded, except in Wellington.
