CONCLUSION OF THE CASE. 4 DECISION RESERVED. By Telegraph.—Press Association Auckland, Last Night. The hearing of the action brought by a number of shareholders in the Dominion Portland Cement Co., in liquidation, against certain directors, was concluded, before Air. Justice Sim in the Supreme Court to-day. The sum of £190,000 was claimed for alleged misfeasance. Counsel concluded their addresses, in the course of which legal authorities wei^ 1 quoted. The court reserved its decision.
