AUSTRALIA v. SOUTHLAND. THE MATCH DRAWN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. There was no play in the Australia v. Southland match to-day owing to rain, and the match was drawn. The Australian team leaves for Dunedin to-morrow. STRATFORD P.W.D. v. NEW PLYMOUTH CIVIL SERVICE. A friendly match was played at Victoria Park, Stratford, yesterday, between teams representing the Public Works Department, Stratford, and the Government departments at New Plymouth.
