MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.

ECHO OF MOTOR FATALITY. By Telegraph.—Press Association Wellington, March 16. The hearing of a charge of manslaughter against Guy Leslie Fulton commenced in the Magistrate’s Court today. On October 2 last Fulton was driving a motor-car when he collided with a gig, and, as a result, William Huskisson, one of the occupants, was thrown into the road and had his right thigh broken. Huskisson was taken to the hospital, where an operation was performed, but he died on November 24. It is alleged that Fulton caused his death by driving his car in a negligent manner. The case had not concluded when the Court adjourned.
