BOOM AND FALLING MARK. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, March 9. There is a boom in new capital issues. There were 61 flotations during February, with a capital of 460 million marks and 148 companies asked for additional capital of 1372 millions. The Leipsig Fair is expecting 100,000 visitors compared with 15,000 in 1920. London, March 9. Exchange on. Berlin is about 350 marks to £l. It is reported that British merchants are cancelling orders with Gerinan firms owing to the poor demand.
