REWARD FOR GREATEST SERVICE. TRIBUTE TO EX-PRESIDENT WILSON. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn—Copyright Received March 11, 12.10 a.m. New York, March 10. A national tribute to ex-President Wilson is proposed by a number of his prominent admirers, the idea originating with women who worked in the campaign to gain support for the League. The tribute will probably take the form* of a 500,000 dollars fund, contr buted in small amounts, the interest from which Is to be given as a reward to one who during the year has done the greatest service tQ humanity.
