TALISMAN COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A motion recommending flat the companygo into voluntary liquidation was adopted. INGLEWOOD SALE. (From Our Own Correspondent.) The yarding for Newton King Ltd.’s Inglewood sale on Wednesday last was strong in sheep, but weak in cattle, and in of there being a plentiful supply of the human element, so necessary for the making of a good sale, the prices realised for the stock, of which the majority was sold under the hammer, were not such as to raise hopes for a speedy return to the condition the cattle market presented only a few montts back. Lambs sold at from 9s to 14s, ewes 2s to 6s 3d, 2-tooth wethers 14s, 4d, and rams up to 45s for. jeally well bred sheep. Helfer calves Were bought for 13s, 20-month heifers of good quality for £3 3s, store cows went from 27s to 40s, and bulls from 67s 6d to 115 s.
