TO-NIGHT’S COMPETITIONS. At the New Plymouth municipal baths tonight life-saving competitions, open to school teams, will be held, the trophies to be competed for being the Hughes Cup for primary teams, and the Life-saving Challenge Shield for secondary schools. It is hoi>ed there will be good entries in each division. Next Thursday night an all schools’ carnival will take place nt the baths, when the best competitors from the different schools will be seen competing against each other. TASMANIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS.
