PRICES FOR WHEAT.

NOT ACCEPTED BY FARMERS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. At a special meeting of the executive of the South Canterbury Farmers’ Union to discuss wheat prices it was decided that farmers were not prepared to accept this year’s prices, which should be those agreed to at the oat conference with the Minister, and the Government is to be asked to reconsider the gua_ rantee for next year.
