BLOCKING THE STREET.
(To the Editor.) Sir.—l should like to say something about the Salvation Army. Why the Borough Council allows them to assemble at the foot of Brougham Street on a Saturday night, I can’t think? It appears to me that councillors tave no.t the pluck to shift them on. Perhaps when someone is killed there, they will take action.—l am etc, SAMUEL BROOKS.
