"The prices for wheat have been fixed,” stated the Prime Minister to-day, “but no announcement can be made as yet, as the subsidy arrangements- are being completed by the Audit Department and the Treasury, We cannot fix the price of bread till we have fixed the price of flour and decided upon the amount of subsidy to be given, if any.”
