MOTOR CYCLISTS COLLIDE.

BOTH RIDERS INJURED. one Sian in hospital. On the Main South Road on Saturday night, shortly after seven o’clock, two motor-cyclists —a young man named Moss and a Maori from the Puniho pah, -—came into collision at a narrow part of the route, about a mile past the Oakura Hotel. Moss, who is a son of Mrs. Moss, postmistress at Tataraiftiaka, sustained a compound fracture of the left leg, and a simple fracture of the left thigh, and also suffered from concussion. The native received a broken collar-bone. Both men were attended to by Dr. Home, Moss subsequently being removed to the New Plymouth Hospital.
