YOUNG MAN KILLED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A fatal accident occurred in the Hunua Gorge, about noon to-day a single man, Pearce Grace (28) being killed in-

stantly as a result of a motor lorry falling over a cliff 70 feet high. The lorry was conveying coal from the Hunua Colliery to Papakura. Other occupants, Mrs. H. MeEntee and a child aged five, escaped with bruises and shock. Deceased was a returned soldier, who had been wounded three times.
