At the Commonwealth Arbitration Court, Mr. Justice Powers stated that in view of the fact that the parties to the shipping dispute were unable to agree as to the facts to be submitted to the High Court, he would proceed with the hearing of the case on Friday next.-—Aus.-N.Z.
