SPECIAL BOARD SITTING. By Telegraph—-Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The special board to which <J?he alleged victimisation trouble at the Blackball coal mine was referred held its first meeting to-day. No report was made to the Press. It is probable that the board requires several days to complete its investigations.
