CABINET MINISTER REBUKED. By TelegtaphPress Association. Dunedin, Last Night. At a meeting of the Dunstan Presbytery the following resolution was unanimously agreed to: “That the, Presbyterv regret that in connection with the ’ visit of a prominent official of the Government service and of a Minister of the Crown to Central Otago, a violation of the sanctity of the Sabbath occurred. It commends the action of certain Alexandra residents in endeavoring to prevent such violation, and directs that a <?opy of this resolution be forwarded to the gentlemen concerned.” It is understood this refers to the Hon. J. G. Coates (Minister of Public Works), who, with officials of hisdepartment, paid a visit to the Manorburn dam on Sunday.
