ACCEPTANCES for the First Day's events, Including the Trial Plate, will close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MONDAY, the I4th March, 1921, at 9 p.m., and for the Second Day’s Events at the same place at 9 o'clock on the evening of the First Day. PENALTIES. / The Winner of any race after the Declaration of Weights may be Re-handicapped. by the Handicapper.
