By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Feb. 22. The. South British Insurance shareholders have sanctioned the declaration of a bonus of 5s per share, payable on March 15, the effect being to capitalise £250,000 from the reserve and reduce the liability on a share of ss. Shares will then be 15s paid up. The shareholders agreed to increase the directors’ remuneration from £2900 to £4OOO.
