PURCHASE OF AFRICAN WOOL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Capetown, Feb. 17. The Imperial offer to purchase 106,000 bales of last season’s wool is officially announced. It is stated that negotiations are proceeding with a view to the disposal of the new clip. LONDON MARKETS. London, Feb. 18.
