SHIP SUNK FROM THE AIR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received Feb. 9, 8.10 p.m. London, Feb. 9. The former German battleship Baden was sunk off the Isle of Wight as a result of torpedo and aerial bombing experiments designed to test the stability of German construction and the present value of capital ships. She will be salved for further experiments.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
