GO-SLOW ON WHARVES.
STARTED AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The watersiders put into operation the new.-dvertime system to-day, and declined/‘o work large vessels. It is understood' some smaller vessels will be worked, but the men say that, as a general rule, they will decline to work after 5 p.m.
