DOMINIONS AND INDEMNITY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. London, Feb. 3. Senator Millen states that Britain’s share of the indemnity includes tihe Dominions’ shares, but the latter’s proportions are undetermined, he thinks. It is reported that the Canadian indemnity must include British payments for Canadian services rendered. Mr. ' Millen hnd Mr. Chamberlain have signed the financial agreement. It is officially explained that it provides for the finding of £92,000,000, including £49,000,000 cash advances by the Imperial Government to the Commonwealth for war expenditure, £35,000,000 have to be paid by the Imperial Government for the maintenance of Australians on service, £8,000,000 for Ministry of Shipping and Admiralty charges, transport ai>(l other services. The Commonwealth contracted to provide annual payments, including interest and sinking fund, averaging 6 per cent, on the whole indebtedness.
