I PRISONERS SENTENCED. By Telegraph.—Press Assocfaßrot Dunedin, Jan. 31. , The following prisoners who had pleaded guilty in the lower court, were sentenced in the Supreme Court: —Har&ld Henry Williams, attempted breaking and entering, was sentenced to reformative treatment extending over three years; Henry Anscombe, breaking, entering and theft, was fined £75. In this case accused’s counsel raised a plea of kleptomania. Accused, who was married, with seven children, bore an excellent character, and was well-to-do. He took a considerable quantity of goods and stored them in a stable and never attempted to dispose of them. The Judge warned prisoner if he offended again in this way he would probably receive a considerable term of imprisonment.
