BRITISH MISSION WELCOMED. BOLSHEVIK ENVOYS DISFAVORED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright Delhi, Jan. 29. The British Mission to Kabul was entertained at the Amir’s palace on a royal scale. The Amir made a felicitious speech, referring to the possibility of an early treaty between Britain and Afghanistan.
