Drivers who wish to reach the grounds without delay should proceed via Eliot Street, thus avoiding the necessity of a stoppage in Gover Street. Visitors' from the country districts are reminde that the. leaving of cars on the streets constitutes an offence, and that a clause in the by-laws empowers the inspector to remove the vehicles to a place of safety. At the December meeting some offenders received a practical reminder when they found that their cars had been removed to a garage.
