PASSENGER TRADE AFFECTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, Jan. 25. Jo many tramp steamers are laid up in British ports that it is almost impossible to secure a berth for overseas. Similar conditions prevail at Antwerp and other Continental ports. The Journal of Commerce says that the total tonnage laid up in the world is between four and five millions.
