SCOPE OF RECENT CONCESSION. APPLIES TO ALL NEW ZEALAND. By TelegrflpJi.—Press Association Wellington, Last Night. The General Manager of Railways, interviewed regarding the reported unrest in Auckland, and the desire of the loco men to participate in the benefit of the recent arrangement made in respect to handling bad coal, said the Department arrived at a settlement with the executive of the Loco Men’s Association, and that the settlement applies, not only to Wellington, but to the whole of the Dominion.
