ANOTHER WELLINGTON FATALITY. By Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Richard Winter, aged 15, whose parents reside at Newtown, was drowned this afternoon at Rona Bay. The deceased, with other lads, was spending his holidays at the seaside resort, and he went for a row in a small din\Jiy. When returning close to shore the boat struck a rock and capsized. The other lads managed to scramble ashore, but Winter was drowned in ten feet of water, and his body was recovered.
