The race was won by three lengths in smin. 23 2-ssec. Langer completed 500 yards of the course in 6min. 13 2-ssec., breaking Ross’ Australian record by 4 4-ssec. Kealoha w’oii a heat in the 110 metres handicap in o3sec., and the final in 62 2-ssee., breaking Cunha’s Australian record of 63 3-ssec. The State 220 yards breast stroke championship resulted: S. Beck 1, W. Furness 2, U. Solomons 3. Won by two and a half lengths. Timo, 3min. 19 4-ssec. —Aus.-X.Z. Cable Assn. QUEENSLAND CHAMPIONSHIP. , Received Jan. 20, 11.55 p.m. Brisbane, Jan. 20.
