FUTURE PROSPECTS DISCUSSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. M. Segaert, Consul-General for Belgium in Australasia, met prominent Business people to-day and discussed the prospects of future trade relations between his country and the Dominion. The opinion was expressed, that there would be an increase and an exchange of trade in future, for the Belgian Government provided cold storage accommodation and Belgium was importing hides, phormium tenax, wool, etc., in quantities. Belgium could reciprocate with basic slag, glassware, iron, steel, electrical machinery, and paper.
