TARANAKI APPOINTMENTS, Ab recently announced, Mr. G. IT. Bullard, Commissioner of Crown Landri for Taranaki, has been appointed Com- - missioner of Crown Lands and chief surveyor for Canterbury, and appointments following on this promotion are: ' Mr. H. J. Lowe (Blenheim), to be Commissioner at New Plymouth; Mr. J Cook (chief draughtsman, Auckland), to be Commissioner, Blenheim; Mr. J. D. Manson to succeed Mr. Cook; Mr. V. I. Blake (North Auckland), to be chief draughtsman, Napier; Mt. I). Macpherson (Otautau), to be chief draughtsman, Invercargill. Mr. A. R. McNeilly has been appoint- * ed district accountant in the Hawera Public Trust Office.
