CONSTANTINE LEADS OFFENSIVE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Athens, Jan. 11. King Constantine has started a strong offensive at Smyrna and left for the front to take command.—‘United Service. London, Jan. 11. A communique issued by the Greek General Staff in Asia Minor confirms the opening of a Greek offensive against the Turkish nationalist forces. Two hundred prisoners and a quantity ot war material were captured during the attacks east of Smyrna which resulted in the Turks retiring in disorder. Karkeui station, on the Bagdad railway, was occupied.—Reuter.
