Dunlop were the important ones. The result of the play betwaau the North Island and South Island is surprising, th« South having l ll points * against the North’s 3$ point*. The championship is between Davies and Dunlop, who will play off at 9.30 to morrow. It is nineteen years since the champion was a South Island man. Scores:
