Poincare, in an article in the Matin complains that, instead of applying to Germany the remedies provided in the treaty, the Allies have resorted to energetic notes and serious injunctions. For over a year Germany hM deceived us. Couldn’t we infonn Germany that the inter-Allied commissions will continue until it is certain that disarmament is complete and bincere?— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
