The Central Wool Committee has announced that no further appraisements will be mndo by the Commonwealth wool and sheepskins may now be exported without particulars as to when sheaved and so on. Melbourne, Dec. 20. During 1010-20 there was an appreciable increase in Victoria's productive activity, except in mining. The total value of primary and manufactured products was nearly 90 millions, an increase of 15 millions on the previous year. It k rumored that Sir Joseph Cook will be appointed High Commissioner.
