TIMARU TO DUNEDIN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, Last Night." To-day the Aviation Company sent a plane to the Dunedin races with two passengers. The machine left here at 10.45, arrived before the first race, and returned after the races, making a good trip both ways. The plane took 95 minutes to reach Dunedin city going down, and 70 minutes from the city returning, and 95 minutes from the course. The plane had to rise to 7000 feet to get above a fog for a part of the way. On its return it will probably rnn to the Wyndhara races.
