FIXING NEW POLICY. By Telegraph.—rress Association, Wellington, Last Night. The Wellington Harbor Board to-night passed a resolution recommending the Harbor Board's Association to convene a conference, inviting representatives of all harbor boards, chambers of commerce, and representatives from other institutions and interests with the object of fully discussing a new policy dealing with operations on the waterfront of the Dominion with a view to the standardisation of a policy and its general improvemeht both as regards the interest of the public and the workers, such conference to be open to the Press.
