SMALL SHOPKEEPERS AFFECTED. By Telegraph.— Press Assn.—Copyrijlit. London, Dec. 20. Farrow's Bank has suspended payment. The failure is regarded as unimportant from a financial viewpoint, but is likely to cause considerable hardships. It is known as "The People's Bank," and has 37 branches.
