ATTITUDE OP THE ALLIES. MINISTER TO BE RECALLED. By Telegraph.—frcra Assn— Copyright Received Deo, 19, fi.fl p.m. London, Dec. 18. The Echo de Paris states Lord Hardtnge (British Ambassador at Paris), has informed the French Government that the British Minister at Athens will be recalled, and probably the British naval mission will be recalled.
