UNFOUNDED CHARGES OF GRAFT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec 17, 11.20 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 17. Mr. Justice Pring. who has been inquiring into the allegations of graft cabled on November 13, has furnished his report. He states that the charges are without foundation.—Aus. and N,Z. Cable Assn. (In the Assembly, Mr. Storey (Premier) repudiated an allegation that two Ministers and one imemiber received money for the election campaign from Mr. Talbot, a Wheat Commission witness, on condition that Labor would terminate the Georgeson inquiry if returned 'to power. A full inquiry was promised.) I
