POST-WAR PROBLEMS.

CONFERENCE IN 1922. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Dec. 16. At the annual meeting of the Empire Parliamentary Association, Colonel Amery referred to the suggestion that a conference of delegates from the branches be held in Canada in tlie New Year. He urged that it would be far preferable to hold such a gathering in London during the meeting of the Imperial Cabinet in June, when the Prime Ministers of all the Dominions would be present. Such a delegation, though informal would provide a starting point for the serious consideration of postwar problems, upon which public opinion had not yet been formed, thus serving as a basis for one discussion at the Imperial Constitutional Conference in 1922.—Au5.-N.Z.
