Bayley, a line of 33(1 tl rce-year and four-year steers from Walkato Heads. Although a little backward iu condition, the quality was all that could lie desired, and keen competition was experienced. Buyers representing All districts in the Wiiikato were present, and the whole draft was rattled llirougli In brisk fashion, registering an average over the 330 of £l2 18s, On behalf of other clients we had a considerable oilerlng of mixed cattle, the hulk of which was satisfactorily cleared. Prices obtained were as follows: Store cows £8 i's 6d to £8 12s 6d, three-year steers £9 to £lO, two-year steers £5 10s to £6, 15montlis heifers £4 lis to £5 14s. •
