Received Dec. 16, 8.35 p.nj, * London Dec. 16. The problem of unemployment is growing increasingly difficult. There are 240,189 ex-service men out of work, and the total of men, women and boys is over half a million. The executive of the Labor Party decided that the present scandal of starving innoe'ent people cannot be allowed to continue. A person for whom no j work is available is entitled to main-' tenance of at least 409 weekly for men, and 25s for women, with an" additional allowance for dependents.
