Justice Bray .dismissed the Alliance Company's claim on the ground thnt the machine technically was racing, which was specifically excluded from the policy.—Aus.-K.Z. Cable Assn. [The Alliance Aeroplane Companv sued the Union Insurance Companv of Canton for £o(IOO for the loss of a machine lost in November, 1919, during a flight to' Australia. The accident occurred a few minutes before the expiration of the policy. The defence contends the policy covered onlv trial flights in England, and not a flight to Australia.] ' °
