REDUCTION IN WAGES.
IN BIG TEXTILE MANUFACTORY,

New York, Dec. 13. The textile mill-owners at Bedford, Massachusetts, have announced their intention to make a twenty-two and a half per cent reduction in workmen's wages. This will effect 100,000 workers, New Bedford being one of the greatest national textile manufacturing centres in the United States.
