LAWN TENNIS.
The Hawera Tennis Club visited Eltham on Saturday, and a very enjoyable match was played. The visitors gained a somewhat easy victory, winning by 18 games. At Kaponga, on Saturday, a imatch between the local and Manaia Clubs took place, Kaponga winning by 108 games and 14 set* to Manala's 106 and 10.
