At a meeting of the Foreign Affairs Committee, it was stated that none of the Allied advances to Germany to improve the feeding of t'he Ruhr miners have been expended for that purpose. M. Leygues declared that Germany undoubtedly had not carried out her undertakings." He added that Franco, in her l!i2l Budget, was providing advances of milliards of marks to Germany, but this situation cannot last. —Renter Service.
