By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, Dee. 10.
Lawlessness over the elections caused Delhi to be proclaimed a seditious area, and.measures are being taken to restore order. The leaders of the so-called volunteers, a semi-military organisation of non-co-operationists, have been arrested, and the varied corps disbanded, At Lahore attacks on t'he polling stations continue, and crowds parade the streets singing seditious songs.
