Tho following entries have been received for ti'e Dominion bowling tournament, commencing in Wellington on January 10. The totals for last year's tournament at Christchurch are given in parenthesis: Rinks 160 (126), pairs 185 (224), singles 108 (194). Certificates for railway concessions are being sent out by the secretary. There will be no steamer concessions. Mr. T. Bush, president of the Dominion Bowling Association, who is visiting New Plymouth, informed a News representative on Saturday that he had received adviee to the effect that 'entries had been received for the annual tournament as follow: Singles 103, pairs 182, rinks 158. The latter figure is a record for Australasia and compares with 126 for the tournament at Christchurch last year. The previous best entry was 136. four years ago.
